Raoul Rugamba is the founder and CEO of Hobe Agency, a Rwandan based company with business in the creative industry. Raoul is a bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, with experience of 8 years in the use of technology in education, where he worked with the University of Rwanda for 4 years, and the university of Tulane in promoting the use of technology in education. Raoul Rugamba is also an experienced event producer for the past 10 years where he worked with Positive Production before opening his own company. Hobe Agency, founder of Africa in Colors project, is partnering with various creative and innovative companies in developing and producing African content, promote and improve the creative industry ecosystem in Africa. Raoul Rugamba among his projects, includes projects to design affordable and quality education in Africa.
